With 23 years of teaching experience, I pursued teaching certifications and a Master’s Degree while also writing articles on the French language. Following the Burma coup, I transitioned to Siem Reap, Cambodia where I joined the Alliance Française and eventually became its director. My love for teaching and cultural exchange led me to establish my own International Language Academy, Nathalie’s School.
I am deeply passionate about the transformative power of education and the enriching experience of human interaction. Teaching allows me to share my love for the French language and culture while fostering cross-cultural understanding. I thrive on the dynamic energy of the classroom and the opportunity to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
In addition to my work as a French educator, I have written articles on the origins of the French language abroad in other foreign countries. I have also served as a trainer for French teachers and organized French language seminars in Southeast Asia.
With my diverse experience and deep passion for the French language and culture, I am dedicated to sharing my knowledge and facilitating cross-cultural connections through my teaching and programs at Nathalie’s School.

Profile
Growing up in France, New Caledonia, Cambodia and always travelling, I acquired a lot of cultural experience throughout my life from a young age and I’ve always followed an international education. Shortly after graduating from LFRD in Phnom Penh, I began studying International Hotel Management and Business in France and Thailand from 2019 to mid 2022. I also used to help my parents manage their French restaurant for 3 years, training their staff, helping out in the kitchen but also serving and entertaining the guests. Ending up as a language tutor and university professor was definitely something I didn’t expect, but definitely something I’m proud of. I also own a self development company and I am currently working on another project with a former university classmate.
Passionate about a variety of activities including horse riding, skiing, rugby, and golf. I also enjoy expressing creativity through drawing and cooking. Additionally, I have a keen interest in fashion.
